Shared apartment "Giofreddo" (available all year round)

The apartment is situated in the centre of the town: Just a minutes walk from Vieux-Nice, Nice's old town, the most touristic area in town with numerous bars, restaurants and pubs. It is only 15 minutes, by foot, from both the beach and the school.

• Description. The apartment is made up of 2 single rooms and 2 double rooms, all furnished and decorated with great care. A large communal and fully equipped kitchen, which gives you the opportunity to prepare your meals and meet your flatmates in a friendly environment. Of course, this type of accommodation requires full respect of basic rules of communal life.  The kitchen and the bedrooms will be supplied with the necessary essentials of everyday life. You can use the washing machine in the aprtment for your bedlinen.

• Bedrooms. The bedrooms, single and double, all have a TV. They are between 15 to 22m2 in size, and are perfect for young adults looking for a comfortable modern apartment. In this apartment there is a shared bathroom with a shower and bath, seperate toilet.
  
• Transfers. You will be picked up at Nice station or airport upon arrival and taken back for departure. You must let us know the time of your arrival as well as flight number or train no later than 5 days before your arrival date. This service is available between 9 am and 10 pm on Saturdays and Sundays.
• Arrival and departure. Students will be welcomed from 6.00 to 7.00 p.m on Sundays, unless a transfer service has been booked. An inventory of the room will be made and a deposit of 150 Euros will be asked for. Students will be given a key to the apartment and asked to consult the House Rules. Departure: On Saturdays before 10.00 .a.m.
• Service includes. Bedlinen, cleaning of communal areas.
• Deposit. 200 € on arrival - in cash.
